Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How cancelling works, and who handles refunds.
1. Free tier
Meram includes 60 free dictation minutes every month without requiring a credit card. There is no recurring billing or charge to refund on the free tier.
2. Meram Pro
- Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. It takes your payment and issues the receipt.
- The price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cancel any time from “Manage subscription” in the app. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Refund requests are handled under Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. If you have a problem with a charge, email us and we will help.
