Standard terms governing the use of the Meram application and meram.app website.
1. Agreement to Terms
Meram is provided by Grio Works (Kuntay Erkuş). By downloading, installing, or using Meram, you agree to these Terms.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Meram on your supported Windows and macOS devices.
3. Free Monthly Quota & Fair Use
Every registered user receives 60 minutes of dictation free every month. We reserve the right to prevent automated abuse or malicious traffic.
4. Your Content & Intellectual Property
All spoken words, transcripts, and custom dictionaries belong entirely to you. Meram code, design, trademarks, and branding remain the property of Grio Works.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Meram is provided "as is". While engineered for exceptional accuracy and speed, we cannot guarantee error-free transcription under noisy acoustic conditions.
